Our establishment now offers a Contemporary Table, a restaurant in which Chef Théo Barberis, manager, Chef of the restaurant and child of the village, invites you to taste modern, refined and inventive cuisine.
For those in less of a hurry, the dream continues... you will return to your room, captivated by this medieval atmosphere; under the canopy, your wandering imagination will lull you in the silence of Trigançois.
In the morning, breakfast will be served on the large crenellated panoramic terrace.
